Extremely Disappointing Experience at Bikaner Express (Rewa)

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Bikaner Express, Rewa. The quality of the food was absolutely disappointing — every single dish we ordered lacked freshness, taste, and basic presentation. From soups to main course, nothing was even close to decent restaurant standards. It felt like no effort or care was put into the preparation.

What made things worse was the attitude of the staff and management. Instead of accepting feedback gracefully, they behaved rudely and unprofessionally. When we politely shared our dissatisfaction, their response was shocking — they started making fun of customers who post reviews, calling them “jokers” and saying we don’t understand taste! This kind of disrespect towards guests is completely unacceptable.

The chef and management team seriously need to rethink their approach — not only towards food quality but also towards how customers are treated. A restaurant’s reputation is built on service and respect, not arrogance.

We had high expectations, especially given the pricing (our bill was ₹2680), but it turned out to be a total waste of money. Poor taste, zero hygiene, and absolutely no sense of hospitality.
