Aloha - The Rooftop Restaurant — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Very bad experience with the non veg particularly. Except atmosphere and the place nothing is so good.

1. Ordered soup it came after 45 minute and waiter told he forgot to order.
2. Ordered Chinese chicken noodle and the taste of chicken was very bad, it seems the chicken and noodles has been kept ready since 4-5 hours and after my order they bought the same.
3. chicken chilly was very old, no taste in chicken and same with the flavour.
4. hookah they bought after 45 minutes and that too I told for change of coal they did it after 25 minutes, in this 25 minutes 2-3 waiters came and see but none changed, I don’t know why and what they were looking for if customer told to change coal.
5. less staff hence more time to bring the order.

If other option are there please go there rather then this aloha which is very bad in taste particularly...

Pros- 1.Restaurant and ambiance is just ok 2.Food was spicy chatpata and good Location is good I will recommend to try once

Cons- 1. Bit expensive than others restaurant Without information they added service charge on my bill .when I asked they said it’s not mandatory it’s a optional. Then they remove from my bill. No arrangements from mosquito 🦟 . It’s a rooftop restaurant they must have some arrangements to protect from mosquito 🦟. Manchao soup and hot and sour shop they added Paneer ( cottage cheese) I just wondered. It was very spicy but can manage Restaurant manager don’t know weather they are serving HALAL food or not they must have...

Worst experience I ever had, service is very poor only two waiters are there we had waited around an hour for starters. Wierd thing is Most of the options frm menu r not available basic pizza,icecream, tawa roti even plain rice they don't have. Big No if u r going with kids, literally kids with us r getting cranky n started crying for food after an hour waiter came with one plate of fries which we ordered 2 Plates. Soup is full of Salt we left that as it is. Decor we told them for our anniversary for which we paid also is used by someone else before us, worst is cake we told 1kg they provide 1/2kg. Nothing was good there.Worst dine...
