Badh-E-Dewan — Restaurant in Bardhaman

So this restaurant was on my radar for quite a few days specially for its royal name . During period of Jahangir Burdwan was named Badh-e-dewan (district headquarters). The town owes its historical importance to being the headquarters and this might explain and justify the name of the restaurant . Today finally hopped in to checkout the place . Frankly speaking you will be amazed and at the same time starstruck with the vibe out there . The place resembles somewhat a tribal Hut with straw thatched roof , lanterns hanging from the roof and that's what makes it unique . If I were to describe the place in just a few words it would be like "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" . They have wide range of food . I would highly recommend you to try the Katori chat from the Benarasi chat centre . Tried the chicken lollipops which were so juicy and also available at such a nominal price of Rs 120 compared to other places . The food was looking so fresh that you could just have a meltdown . Look out for the board outside the gate , they have some amazing offers , recipes everyday out there . The people there so homely and hospitable that you would love to visit more often . They have some photoworthy spots out there and also a special corner for couples nicely decorated with canopy curtains . I would highly recommend you to head out there and have a happy meal 😃 . Ambiance is unique and well decorated and good for people who love open space and behaviour of owner & staff is very polite & praiseworthy🔥

They take more time than usual to delivery food so take time in hand but I will not complain as food items are really fresh, delectable & flavoursome and you will appreciate it . Starters like drumsticks, kebabs are really prodigious and every items are within affordable & reasonable price ❣️

They can add in service if they want :

1. asking for water , providing sufficient plates, spoons , knifes, forks etc before customer asks
2. Time management ( now due to lesser staff it's understandable ) in future
3. they can make alternative & creative plans for rainy and cold weather with different trees, crafts, light & dark, shed, glass etc. Then it will be more amazing 🙂
