Cafellery — Restaurant in Bardhaman

When a customer complaints comparing from another business you should take the feedback and work on it instead of blaming the customer for not having a good experience for your fault of false assurance. Also you can have the same items in your menu from Hut Tea Ma Tim without any change but you can't take comparisons with the same business' services. You guys are funny.

If you have cctv proof of timing what about when we asked your waitress to serve both order together and she said ok will do, then served one at first as usual then served another one 20-30mins later? It happens when there is large crowd but it was only us at that time, so playing the victim won't justify. Ignoring fact isn't letting you win. You proved how valuable your customer is. You should improve your customer service and deliver as you promised. You didn't say it's not possible to do the same from the beginning instead of giving assurance. Hope you understand.

And it's not the first time I had this experience. There were several times the same issue kept on going and I said just for once which you couldn't take at all. No matter how many times we ask you to deliver both order at same time you nod, say will do then keep ignoring your customer request as usual. That's why I said Hut Tea Ma Tim was way better because they run a business for customer not with own ego to satisfy. No wonder why Hut Tea Ma Tim at police line is still doing a great business and your seats remain empty throughout the months. No worries, me and all of my friends group had been a constant part of your cafe from very long since our college time when it was Hut Tea Ma Tim and after turned to cafellery as well. I'll make sure to forward your egoistic feedback so that people get a better choice to visit and enjoy for real. Hope you understand. It was good when it was Hut Tea Ma Tim cafe. Later it got changed to cafellery. Service became the worse while prices have gone very up. They will keep you waiting for 40-45 mins for one person's meal when there is no single customer present except you. If you are two people then they will give you one random order which is prepared first then will go away after serving that one and will come back after 40 more mins for your friend/partner's order. In meantime either your order is cold now or you are finished now wait alone for your friend to eat. Even if you ask them to provide all orders together they won't, they will keep on telling random excuses for not doing this basic courtesy. If you are planning to go in a group, plan for your dinner instead of cafe snacks, because when you all will get your orders and return it will be late night. On top of that parking is a big issue. Want to spend a lovely evening with your friends or family here's Cafellery to the rescue with its oh so cosy and instagram worthy ambience . The cafe is eyeballs grabbing with its interior decor dedicated to artworks on their wall and also the staircase passage has a sort of graffiti with luminous neon lights adding a different vibe out here . Their menu caters a variety of food options and all at decent penny saving prices . We tried the Chicken Breast Cutlet (Rs 90) and Crispy fried leg (2 pieces ) at a pocket pinch of Rs 160 . Must say I was awestruck by the size of the cutlet . The cutlet was crisp uniformly and the chicken fillet inside was soft and cooked well .
