Canteen 3 (C3) — Restaurant in Bardhaman

I had to delete my previous review just to share this one...yesterday me and some of my friends decided to had dinner in a good restaurant near g.t.road sides so we oft for this c3 as we know that this is a good restaurant chain in burdwan also I had previously ordered and had amazing food from there but yesterday was a disaster as we enter it was almost empty though the area was quite large and ambience was good..we ordered crispy chilli babycorn which was ok but not so good still enjoyed it then comes fish finger which was quite good must say..for main course we ordered butter nun and chicken reshmi butter masala and there comes the main prblm.. butter nun was tasty and soft but the main hero chicken was smelly..at first we thought it was the smell of ghee roasting but then we gradually got so terrified that we had to alter this and I must say their behavior was good and they altered it with another chicken garvy but that was smelly too..we told this again to their representative but they were constantly denying this fact that the chicken was rotten and smelly..we really had a tough experience there...plz don't try to fool customers we are not eating chicken or that particular recipe for the first time so accept the fact that your management is down and alarm it so that it will not happen again..when you know chicken is the main ingredient in a popular restaurant you must recheck it every time you use otherwise it will be the reason for your doom day..am only giving 3 star for starters and my previous experience otherwise you don't...

At first, the ambience or the environment is very good but the restaurant is hot. They have five ACs but they are not working properly. Though they have told us that it will be fixed before Durga Puja (2022). I must say the behaviour of the staffs are very good. There is a seperate cabin for celebration but the cabin is expensive.

Coming to the food items we had. As starter we had Chicken 65. In main course we had Chicken Biryani, Mixed Schezwan Rice, Chicken Noodles, Chicken Bharta and Kadai Chicken. Chicken Biryani and Chicken Noodles were okayish. Schezwan Rice was good. Chicken 65, Chicken Bharta and Kadai Chicken, as expected they were very delicious. At the end they provide a bowl of water for washing hands.

This place is a real gem in Burdwan city near Tinkonia Bustand beside Monginis and MP Jwellers. The food served here was next level and the service is also very quick. Though the pricing is little bit higher but the quality and amount will definitely surprise you and will surely enhance your satiety level. We have tried mixed fried rice which contained mutton, chicken, prawn, egg, corn in huge amount and 1 plate mixed fried rice is more than sufficient for 2 person. We have also tried chicken tikka butter masala which was also delicious and 1 plate is enough for 3 person.
