KFC — Restaurant in Bardhaman

I am ordering from kfc from almost 2 years ( can't recall exact time). So my experience wasn't good. Let's talk about some past incidents...

Almost 1.5 years ago I ordered a paneer burger,and the paneer cube was smelling bad,I complain and the maneger told me -" we forgot to check the quality and we are sorry,will give you another burger" . And he gave... And the maneger also gave his number and told me not to complain directly in kfc office site , instead of I can call at that perticular number,if occur any problem. And it was completely ok for me. Some times later of the first incident,happened the same with chicken tandoori burger,and I called to the number,he gave. And he gave the burger but his behaviour was like " I'm doing the complain to get another burger" . Whatever I didn't mind that . After 4-5 months I ordered double down burger and I found a curl hair attached with the double down burger. I told the maneger and he replaced. Now ,some days ago I ordered a chicken tandoori burger from the same outlet,and I found the onion was smelling bad,like when we cut onion for long time it smells bad, right?! The smell was similar.and I told the maneger,and he was like - "we have fresh onion,and he don't know why the onion was smelling ". Whatever the burger was replaced by the maneger.

Now , today I ordered a double down burger from the same outlet and I found there were no lettuce inside the burger, there were only onion. And I have said this to the maneger.

Now the maneger is talking like - I am lying and doing so to get an extra burger. What the hell?!

I'm ordering from the outlet in regular basis... I went many times to the outlet. Even I ordered chicken fry ,many many times...but the major problem,i found with the burger section...

I order from kfc , cause I know, there will always be a genuine quality. And I disappointed many times...

Tell me, should I make unboxing video for every order? Cause the maneger is telling " I have video,and in the video I can see there are lettuce" then has it disappeared in the road?

I am paying for the quality,not to leation nonsense from a person whom,I don't even know.

And also the maneger was telling me " no one was complaining except you" what does it mean,I don't have the authority to complain if I don't get the proper thing,I...
