Wifi Cafe and Restaurant — Restaurant in Bardhaman

Found this cafe online on our way from Kolkata to asansol and I had few urgent meetings to attend , so decided to have lunch there as it claims wifi is free and it was open too. But unfortunately they CHARGED US FOR THE WIFI some Rs 200 or more (on hour basis), cause in their defence, most of the time we were alone (note that there were other customers meanwhile as well + it was already open, duh )We ordered lunch too but that didn't stop them from taking extra wifi money. I'd have never gone unless for emergency. Had to stay for 2 hours exactly And I definitely regret it. Food isn't great for the price as well. To be honest, kind of feel looted. clearly not a way to do fair business. No Parking space as well. You need to park beside the road and ofcourse the lane is small, so if 2,3 cars need to move - you're gonna have problems.

Reply to the owner : Madam , I have far too much work than giving a cafe a bad review. That's different if you completely disregard an incident, but at the end it shows that even you know that you did wrong.

I give 99% 5 star reviews and hardly ever give low reviews so people will know what's true 😊 anyways, Good luck. I just had to let people know, i can't lie to them. You surely can if you don't possess any moral values. I was polite enough but your complete ignorance and behaviour shows a lot about you as a person.

Also now as I read another review, shows that you actually pay people to get 5 star reviews. Hmmmm. Good policy you're creating. 🥰

To end , I DO WISH ALL BUSINESSES TO GROW , BUT JUST AS A OWNER, IF YOU COULD HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THE TRUTH AND IF YOU HAD EMPATHIZED WITH A CUSTOMER THAN completely disregarding it, that would have been all.

2nd (reply to owner - as she deleted the first reply of hers) : confused about what you mean 🤔 you were disagreeing at first and then again now agreeing ..but then saying Renaissance township with some other extra things , sorry but now I'm confused about the story you're telling. Whatever I wrote has happened to me alone. Maybe whatever you're saying has happened to another customer :)

This is a great new family run eatery in town. Visited with family. It's a cozy little place with decent , tasteful decor. Services were prompt. Most importantly all the foods we had were excellent in taste. Prices are on a bit higher side but justified. You can park your car on road near the restaurant which is a plus. Constant presence of a dog at the gate of the restaurant did bother my kids while entering. Overall a great...

A very cool place with very good set up. Small, clean and peaceful. Food quality is very good with affordable price. Pasta and noodles were experimented with this time and they were very tasty. Good cafe to spend some good time with close ones but not so friendly for a large crowd. It deserves a try...
