I have been a regular customer at A2B for the past year, visiting almost every morning for coffee. However, the food quality, service, and overall hygiene have steadily declined. I have encountered continued and frequent quality and hygiene issues, which is unacceptable for a restaurant that positions itself as high-quality.
Today, I ordered a mini tiffin, and the food was served on a dirty tray that was not properly washed (see photos). When I raised this issue, I was told that the manager was not available—even at 9:00 AM on a Sunday, a peak time, there was no manager in the restaurant—and could only speak to me over the phone. This lack of accountability and poor management is disappointing.
Despite charging premium prices and claiming to be air-conditioned, I have never seen the AC switched on. The restaurant is enclosed with no ventilation, making it extremely suffocating, especially on hot days. Dining here feels more like an endurance test than an enjoyable experience.
I am surprised how they can take things for granted when they position themselves as a high-quality vegetarian restaurant. I know I’ll receive a reply from their web admin stating, “Sorry for the experience, and we will continue to improve our standards.” But they and I both know that sorry is useless. Sorry is just an easy way to escape. A2B does not maintain basic hygiene or customer service standards, making it unworthy of the price they charge. Definitely not...

I have visited the TC palya road Ramamurthy Nagar Bengaluru A2B located OPP to Chaitanya School and had a worst experience... It was really an unethical food served in unhygenic way an example would be the lemon slices in the salad were soaked in water and onion was oduring, after complaining it was changed and a lame excuse was given "pls ignore, it happened by mistake". Same experience with the food quality, it was not fresh and taste was completely messed up. The Restaurant was not even able to serve a ghee roast and sambar properly as the ghee roast was over tossed with ghee and samabar was jus a brown water without any taste. I ordered Kaju masala, jus to reduce the quantity of Kaju they have mixed Paneer this is not expected from this chain of hotels and left over Kaju after paneer were tiny broken pieces, this is not acceptable... In a hotel industry this is not the way to make profit. Quality and hygiene makes brand and brand returns profit, pls take care of it,A2B losing their standards and reputation is one of the sad thing for people like me who frequently visit and have been recommending in the past, now they made me reconsider my choice because of the worst quality of food served... Worst of worst place, managers here are really rude, we had organised a ceremony at this place and our properties were completely damaged from them, when I questioned them about this everyone started yelling at me though the fault is from their end. Shouting on a gi for their mistake is ridiculous.. They aren't even guilty of damaging someone else's property and when this was questioned they started playing blame game and blamed the client for the damages caused. They aren't authorised to touch someone else's property without seeking their permission but here nothing of informed to us neither no permission was seeked from this team, they just removed all the properties and damages our decor properties.. As per the Manager Silambarasan's request I waited for them to get back to me with the property damage settlement.
