U.S.Pizza — Restaurant in Bengaluru

US Pizza a good chain with 8 outlets in Bangalore. I don't know about the other outlets but this outlet is not up to the mark. 1st of all the surrounding is not good for a type food joint where no youth crowd is there... It’s very near to my place so I am observing this from a long time... very less crowd on weekends also... The pizzas they are serving are some classic and some fusion but not very tasty... inside the joint another joint is there like sub renting the place its look like... They are providing the home delivery also... The staff is very good mannered and helpful... But after that also by seeing the quality what they are serving and what they are serving I am giving this rating... As a chain you should maintain some kind of quality...

Their understanding is not good while giving the orders. They don't know how to trea customers. Taste of the items are OK. But response is worst. They should listen first what customers are saying and then they have to respond. It's in prime area but it's not rush at all. So we can think how they are working. Overall...

One of the worst pizzas i had ever had in my entire life. They use old dough to prepare their base. Just wondering how many Cockroach will be there in their kitchen. Dominos Pizza is just near by order from there instead of having pizza here. Or else have...
