Hi this is my experience over this place. 2 times I had been to this place. The food is ok, I wouldn’t say that it’s bad.

But service is pathetic. First time I went with family it took them 5-7 minutes to understand that we had come there. We had to leave as they were not sure about the menu.

Second time, I had ordered waited for a reasonable time had diner and till the time I paid the money no service person came, no one even asked water. Water was asked only at the time to Bill.

Rotten Chicken Served!!!!

I had high hopes for this restaurant when I read the name Al Baik. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow despite the restaurant being empty and the waiters had no clue what they were doing. I ordered the "Broast chicken" bucket and it was rotten chicken that was overly coated with batter and served to me. It was smelling so bad that I had to walk out of the restaurant leaving all the food I ordered. It pushed me to such an extent that I had to report this to the BBMP authorities.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We ordered chicken biryani, and it was simply inedible—the rice was burnt, and the entire dish had a strong burnt smell that made it impossible to enjoy.

To make matters worse, we overheard another customer complaining about their French fries, which they claimed had fungus on them. It was shocking to see such poor food quality and hygiene standards.
