Ordered cake for birthday party after getting confirmation for "delivery to the location". (Charging around 400rsextra for delivering to 4kms distance even though we ordered cake worth 6600rs.) Since I didn't want to risk carrying cake to the party I relied on them.

Cake delivered at 6pm as agreed but it was all broken. He agreed to repair and deliver in next 30 min. Guests started coming to the party, it was already 7pm, after I called he said he will deliver in 30 more min. It became 8pm, still there was no cake, more guests had gathered as the cake cutting was planned around 6:30-7pm. Finally cake arrived around 8:45pm. Embracing moment to make guests wait for such a long time. The color of the cake was too bluish. We had taken another cake 2 days before and i had particularly mentioned about this issue not to add too much color.He mentioned that this time cake will be prepared by experienced chef and we won't face that issue. I trusted and ordered cake, still the cake delivered on the party day was too bluish. All kids who had cake had too much of blue color on their mouth and face which didnot go even after 2/3 wash adding more humiliation on top of the delay in arrival. Worst experience ever. 2nd Review: The store attendants need to be attentive towards customers. They should have in mind that every customer is important, it should not happen that they focus only on one customer. Waited 10 mins to communicate what I wanted. Now store is more colorful than before. 1st review: This place do not have a priority food. They have only the franchise name of Amma pastries, But they are selling all variety of bakery products. Amma's Pastries main focus was on different and variety flavored pastries, I didn't like this place. I felt I was just standing in a bakery. The taste of food also not good and too pricy. They need to primarily focus more on pastries rather than bakery products to gain more customers. Otherwise this place will be definitely be just a bakery...
