This has been one of the most disappointing and unhygienic experiences I’ve had with Bake UR Wish—and unfortunately, not the first. For the second time now, we found egg shells in their cake, ruining what was meant to be a special celebration.

The first incident happened back in November when we ordered a customised birthday cake. We found egg shells in it and immediately informed the store, hoping they would acknowledge the issue and take some corrective action. Sadly, there was no response or follow-up from their end.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt then, assuming it was an honest mistake. But having the same issue happen again clearly shows a lack of basic quality control and concern for customer experience. It's extremely disappointing, especially considering their cakes are priced on the higher side—something we were okay with, expecting a premium experience.

This time too, when we raised the issue, the staff casually said a supervisor would get in touch and asked us to share the pictures so they could “look into it.” But honestly, that’s just not enough. The cake was completely inedible, filled with egg shells throughout, and turned out to be a major letdown in front of our guests.

A cake is often the centerpiece of a celebration—and this one turned into a disaster. They’ve lost a customer, and I’d strongly urge others to think twice before placing...

It's like awesome restaurant which I wasn't went ever . N in tht I observed many things like which the cycle handles n windows on the wall n the water containers, furnitures ,n sealing lamps, n mainly their service ,n their communication skills r like such amazing.....!!n the front of the truck is like some different thing I have noticed thr as veiwed in the pic , n mainly thr r sentences and quoets r written , it's like funny n interesting....

Finally had a great moment with my frndzz in BAKE UR WISH with a pleasant environment in BURW...., TQEW ....!! FOR...
