Lathish darshini janaki krithika ananya were amazing. From vegetables to Millets to pickles to rice everything was natural and chemical free .They also have the worlds 1st maids free cafe. Their pizza tastes better than any dominos or pizza hut. They have spent 4 months on R&D for that perfect pizza crust using just Millets & corn ... They even paid attention to those tiny oregano sachets too. Tastes so so so good 🥹 …. The employees worship the vision of the owner and that's what made our experience at the store every special. No business will prioritize health over profit but MR.Sathyaa (CEO) did. The employees said that our CEO never forces us on deadline and sales but asks us to build a natural customer base by educating the consumers abt the healing nature of natural whole foods.

Highly processed food have 0 fiber content which increases their shelf life to unnatural limits.

100 yrs back there were more than 300 varieties of Millets which grew naturally on our lands with just 1/10th the consumption of water and manure needed for rice and wheat. But industrialization aimed to destroy our valuable Millets (very low glycemic index) to make rice & wheat (very high glycemic index)the only source of staple diet. As a result People ranging from 30 to 35 are now prone to pre diabetes. This is the biggest bio war according to me.

As consumers its our responsible eat consciously & question every food that looks visually appealing but is highly processed.

I recently visited FreshOn store, Initially with no intention of making any purchase. I assumed it was just another outlet with an "organic" label lacking genuine quality. However, just as I was about to leave, I had the opportunity to meet the store owner, Mr. Sathya. I was genuinely impressed by his mission and values, which stood out as authentic and purpose driven. As a food chemist, I am not someone who would fall for marketing gimmicks or flashy advertising. Still my curiosity was stimulated to test one of their products myself before judging. I requested a sample of their turmeric powder and decided to conduct a basic home test for common adulterants, such as lead chromate and chalk powder - both widely used to artificially enhance colour and weight in turmeric. The results were remarkable. The FreshOn turmeric had a naturally earthy, aromatic smell, reminiscent of freshly harvested roots. When mixed with water, it settled cleanly, leaving a transparent bright yellow solution - strongly indicating the absence of adulterants like chalk powder and lead chromate. To compare, I repeated the same test using a turmeric from a typical store-brought, unlabelled packet, the difference was shocking - the extent of adulteration was clearly visible and deeply Concerning.

I recently visited your Store, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I ordered a pizza, I was surprised to find that there was no ketchup available. Ketchup is a basic condiment that one would reasonably expect at a pizza place, and being told a blunt "no" without any further explanation or apology was quite off-putting.

What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. There was no effort to offer an alternative or even a polite response, it felt dismissive and indifferent. I ended up eating my pizza without ketchup, which significantly impacted my overall enjoyment of the meal.

To add to the disappointment, the table I was seated at was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. This, combined with the poor service and absence of such a simple item as ketchup, reflected a lack of attention to both customer satisfaction and basic hygiene.

Overall, this visit fell far short of expectations. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there's a lot of room for improvement in both service and overall...
