Beijing Bites Hesarghatta — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My friend and I had the worst experience at Beijing Bites, Hesaraghatta. We went to celebrate but inturn our mood got spoiled after seeing the behaviour of waiter/receptionist/manager who was on duty at 6pm. We had to wait for long time (to be precise 20 mins) just to get the menu card. He ignored us thrice when we were calling him to give us the menu. He threw the menu on our table, when we asked him about one drink which was being advertised there he replied very rudely that they don't have. They were repeatedly fulfilling online delivery orders but they didn't even bother to attend dine-in customers. At last we waited for few mins tried to give order but we were unattended so we just left.

If you don't want to spoil your mood and waste your precious time just avoid this branch of Beijing bites for dine-in.

And for the restaurant management only one suggestion if you don't adequate staffs to handle both online orders and dine-in just close the dine-in atleast the customers mood and time...

My first experience with this new Chinese restaurant through Swiggy was really bad. Sent me fried chicken tastes like cardboard. However, wanted to give it another try, this time dine in.

Ordered Sweet crispy chicken, spring roll and chicken noodles. Only crispy chicken was flavourful and other two dishes were really bad. For spring rolls they served two giant rolls with full of cabbage without any flavours. Nothing like spring roll. Chicken noodles was worst. Noodles were broken into million pieces, had no textures or flavours. Made with cheap store bought noodles. You'll find better noodles at road side stalls. Zero chinees taste.

Overall, really bad food for the price you pay. Not at all...

I ordered veg dish but came non veg dish after waiting for almost 45 minutes..

No courtesy or regret for them as if it was my fault.. After that again waiting for 20 minutes..finally my dish came and in that dish baby corn was raw and they fried...yuk

I never imagined that much GREAT QUALITY...LOL

Even after that experience also when I gave feedback they said yes...what the hell??

I observed one thing there is they are only busy to taking online ordered which are from Zomato and swiggy

They are not at all bothered about dine in customers Hardly 3 tables are occupied and for them also waiting period is 45...
