Bhature Baithak — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Authentic Chole bhature (more like Mumbai's Kabul channa wala rather than Delhi's pindi chole wala.) Nevertheless, it's lip-smacking delicious!! Their aaloo, gobi and aaloo-pyaz parathas are sumptuous!! Especially, their parathas with gobi filling are too good, something that I have seen go wrong in other restaurants - either it is bland or not the right mixture of spices.

I recently tried chole bhature at the newly opened Bhature Bhaitak outlet, and it was an absolute delight. The chole was perfectly spiced, with a rich, aromatic gravy that complemented the tender chickpeas. The bhature were golden, fluffy, and had just the right amount of crispiness.
