If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would

I had a terrible experience with Just Bake. I placed an order for my brother’s birthday, hoping to make his day special. The payment was deducted, but I never received any confirmation email or update about the order.

What made it even worse was that my brother had to waste his own time on his birthday trying to contact their customer support—who never responded. Instead of enjoying his day, he was left dealing with this mess. I feel awful for causing him stress on a day that should have been joyful.

This was meant to be a surprise, and it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both of us.

I honestly didn’t even feel like giving one star, but I couldn’t post the review without selecting at least one. Truly disappointed. I will never order from Just Bake again, and I strongly advise others to...

Had a terrible experience with Just Bake. I ordered a cake for my mother’s 60th birthday and despite providing all details and paying in advance, they called last minute asking for extra charges.
