My recent experience at Burger King left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite placing an order through the official Burger King app, which typically ensures timely service, my visit on 18 March, around 9:30 at night was marked by prolonged wait times and disrespectful treatment by the staff. My order was at 9:46 ( note the staff at this time please for cctv reference ) You can even check the CCTV camera, and what's more, they didn't even give the bill!!!
Arriving around 9 pm, I ordered two medium fries and one taco. After promptly paying, I was informed of a brief ten-minute wait. However, this wait stretched into an excruciating 30 minutes without any communication from the staff. Meanwhile, they continued to serve customers who arrived after us, leaving us feeling neglected and insignificant.
In addition to this, they also served less fries in comparison to previous times whenever I've ordered the same dine in deal offer. After what felt like the 100th time asking them about my order, they suddenly served it in a rush and the number of fries was way less. Such inconsistency and poor service is truly disappointing.
This experience was undeniably the worst dine-in encounter I've ever had. The staff's lack of hospitality and rude behavior made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. Particularly egregious was the behavior of the person at the cash counter, who displayed arrogance and disrespect by openly mocking another customer in front of us. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Burger King.
As a regular customer, I am deeply disheartened by this experience. It is unacceptable for a reputable establishment like Burger King to tolerate such behavior from its staff. Immediate action must be taken to address this issue. The staff responsible for this disrespectful treatment should be terminated promptly. If Burger King continues to employ individuals who exhibit such disdain for customers, I will take my business elsewhere, to establishments that prioritize hospitality and customer advocacy.
I urge Burger King to take prompt and decisive action to rectify this situation. I would like to avail the 10% discount through sharing the feedback and I hope that Burger King can truly make up for the inexplicably rude and mean behavior of the staff. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and incidents like this must not be tolerated. Such is a Question that comes to my mind with what just happened with my Order. I ordered 5 Burgers and did a straight restaurant delivery (Not via Third Party services like Swiggy etc). The Order came up 1 Burger Short. Now that by itself isnt such a big deal coz hey mistakes happen right, as long as one can get resolution for them swift and smooth.
But here's where it all goes gown the drain for Burger King and why this was my last transaction with them. When I informed the Delivery Guy of the issue, he point blank said "I'm only delivery guy, not my problem. You call Restaurant". Mind you I told him I dont want to accept the Order as its missing Items, but to that he said, his job is to only deliver and he left. Yep, that happened! Oh but wait it get worse. I called the Restaurant (Number for which was texted to me as part of my Order for tracking) 6 times and couldnt get through to them at all. And it continues to get worse. I tried to raise a Concern through my Order page via their "AI Chatbot". The incompetent software couldnt even pull up my Order correctly and kept throwing random 2022 Orders of god knows who on my Query, asking me "Please choose the Order...."
So not only am I missing a Burger, Im INR 259 short, cant reach the Restaurant and dealing with a dysfunctional chat interface.
I'll be raising a Dispute with my bank for this and go that route to get my money back.
Well done Burger King and your Gopalan Mall outlet for showing the level of incompetence in this entire circle of disarray, you really need to get better at building better customer service, better user interface and so so much better at...

Even till 3:10 PM we weren't serve with our orders of two tanduri chicken meal, one with cold coffee. I went to the counter, and by then it was a crowd of Pending orders. After waiting a while partial order was served, coffee was pending. Till this point even after a lots of order pending on hand the counter was served with 3 people... multitasking. After having our meals partially available I was assured the coffee will be served. Yet we finished our meals, coffee was not served. We went to the coffee counter where we finally after a while got the coffee. I can understand that there could be some operational challenges, what I can not understand is the reason of not intimating it to the consumers and avoid this unnecessary...
