Burger King — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I had visited Burger King with my kids, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. As a female customer, I genuinely felt unwelcome and poorly treated.

I had ordered a burger and soft drink, but there was no clear option to choose between Coke or Fanta while placing the order. I specifically requested Fanta at the counter, but they served me Coke instead. When I asked why, they casually told me the Fanta machine wasn’t working. However, minutes later, I noticed male customers being served Fanta without any issue. That felt extremely unfair and biased.

The second disappointing moment came when I ordered a softy with chocolate dip. What I received was plain vanilla, and when I inquired, staff told me that chocolate dip machine was not working. Again, no prior information.

The overall treatment made me feel that female customers are not taken seriously here. It seemed as if the staff were more attentive and responsive to male customers. I never expected such discrimination at a global food chain like Burger King.

Shop is big but no place for parking, They said server is down so UPI they can't take payment, so cash or card . But I won't carry debit card always. So there staff said to order from app. Will bring you your order . So i did delivery delivery option for my parents and Dine in with my sister and brother, Almost 1 hour 15 mins for delivery they took time but in app it shows it's delivered in 30 mins . If we ask staff he is saying delivery person still didn't came to this delivery and gave 10-15 pm night. And for dine in also they said to order from APP, for us also we where waiting 30 mins they gave 50% of order and next reminder hot chocolate and 1 burger they missed . For that again 30-40 mins they took, we waited so long and waste of time. Still they have to improve. Last time in Kalyan nagar burger king, it was a good experience. But not in TC palya. Taste was good. But they have to improve more in talking UPI payment and series in giving time because no one can...

I have never seen such a worst service in my life, there is no value for the customer's money and time. The staff working there don't know how to speak with the customer. I ordered for Rs 600 + taxes and it's a combo in that combo i should get 2 non veg burger, 3 piece chicken and 2 Pepsi, but here i got only 2 non veg burger and 3 piece chicken. Their was no Pepsi, when i asked the staff working over their what about my 2 Pepsi they told Pepsi is over and i have to choose something else instead of that, i told fine give me something else instead of it, then they are like i have to pay separately for that also around 150+ taxes. I was thinking if the stock is over the staff working their should have informed me regarding that but they didn't even turn up to even inform me about it. Why should i pay extra money if one thing is out of stock which is there fault. It's a very bad experience from Burger King...
