I’m a regular customer who often drops in to enjoy your tea, and I’ve always appreciated the service. However, I recently ordered idli as a takeaway for the first time and wanted to share some feedback.

Unfortunately, the idli seemed to be made from old batter, and the chutney was extremely cold, likely straight from the refrigerator. When I returned to the restaurant to raise this concern, I was informed that the chutney was kept in the fridge and in “good condition,” but the staff didn’t bother about the issue of giving refrigeratored chutney tmor the batter's freshness.

WARNING: This place has severe hygiene issues and is a health hazard. On June 15, 2025, at 10 PM, I found a dead cockroach🤮 inside my hot chocolate. When I asked about it, the waiter casually brushed it off. Furthermore, the hot chocolate making vessel they showed me looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months – it was incredibly dirty.
