Writing this review as a parent who is so frustrated ,angry and upset. Went to the shop on 23rd November to place an order for the birthday cake with image for delivery on 24th November between 4-4.30 PM. When I reached the shop, there was no one in the shop and the shop was open, I called the number and after few minutes the person in the shop came in.The order was placed and flavor was confirmed and amount was confirmed. The person in the shop told me I need not pay advance and can pay the full amount at the time of delivery. I called the shop around 4 PM on 24th November to check the status of the cake and delivery updates and to my surprise I get to hear a confusion in the voice of the person speaking as he said the order was changed and he kept on asking questions as if he was hearing the order for the first time. I had placed an order for 1.5kg vanilla cake and he said they had a designer cake which I ordered with message happy birthday Gagan which is not what I had placed ordered for. All this happening just with 1 hour to the celebrations to begin. This maybe a one time occurance but this 1 time occurance and as they mentioned someone had cancelled an image cake order so they confused it was mine and cancelled it, how can this be an excuse when cancelling a wrong order has a bad impact. It has spoiled the celebration for the kid who was looking forward to the cake she had asked for. No amount of apologies or free cake would compensate for the same. If this is how a person is responsible for taking orders and delivering the cakes for specific events then it's better to not take any orders for delivery for specific events. Really disappointed. I would have given a 0 if possible. We ordered a butterscotch cake for my sister's anniversary. The cake was extremely sweet but the worst part that everyone who had a piece of cake got food poisoning. 11 members of my family and friends who had the cake is suffering from continuous vomiting and lose motions since last 2 days , which include 3 year kids to 0 years parents. Of whome 3 have to visist doctor due to extreme conditions. Their shop should be closed...

Ordered cakes for my daughter's birthday. We shared the designs and requirements with Bashisth on store. It was delivered on time in perfect condition. Cake was exactly as per design we shared and it was fresh and yummy. Everyone loved the cake. Thanks Bashisth and Chef Bakers !
