The most useless delivery service. I have ordered from this useless twice in August 1st week. Both the times they delivered very late. Ranging from 50-90mins. On August 3rd. My bill was around 400-500. He delivered 50mins late. The pizza was very cold. That guy said I will get 100% refund. But i didn't get. Raised a ticket, they said my phone is not reachable. On August 6th. I ordered and they cancelled my ordered immediately. After 15mins Domino's representative calls and says i will get refund of the cancelled order, which i didn't receive yet. He places the order for me which gets delivered after 90mins. The pizza was cold again. I raised a ticket, customer care support reaches out to me, which was useless. Coming to the customer support:- For my latest order(August 6th) he gives me his number and says i can call him anytime between Monday to Thursday and the bill is on them. I agreed and he closes the ticket. Now that my number is reachable for them, i raised my August 3rd ticket again. He had the audacity to tell me, if they deliver late to me again and if i raise a complaint, they'll stop service for me. I was surprised listening to his words. Surprisingly it was the same customer support guy. He gives me his number again and says i can order anytime between Monday to Thursday, and the bill is on them. I tried ordering pizza on a Wednesday (August 10th). The customer support guy didn't even answer my call. Pizzas are delivered late always. Useless customer service. Worst experience i have ever had from Dominos. I had Dominos pizza all my life and this is such a terrible experience. I placed 2 orders on 31st August 2025. Firstly, iam a vegetarian!!! 1st order was vegetarian taco and margarita 2nd order was indi panner large and veg taco Let me tell you I didnot receive any vegetarian taco from both the orders. Instead I got non veg taco for 1st order. And for 2nd order i received call from dominos saying taco is not available i will give you garlic beard or burger. When I didn't agree. That particular Employee went to her manager and was explaining it to him by using bad words in tamil where I can here them in call. And also they are not ready to refund me by cash or to source account.

Surprise!!! NO APOLOGISE from their end. Can you believe it. Is this the kind of service you provide to a paying customer.

And why should we tolerate this nonsense, I pay for an item and they get to choose what order should have been placed.

And sending non vegetarian food instead of veg is the latest trend i guess. Dominos please bring up a good service and product management which will help you to up your game. And please do educate your staffs to speak politely with a paying customer as we are not eating for free!!!! Nor they are paying our bills!!!

I visited Domino's Pizza on TC Pallya Road on October 30th at 10:30 PM and had a fantastic experience. The Diwali offers were a major draw, with an unbeatable 77-rupee menu. I opted for the Margherita Pizza, Meatballs, and Garlic Bread, all priced at 77 rupees each, paired with beverages. This was my second time dining in-store, and my 15th+ order from this location.

The food quality and taste were, as always, exceptional. Domino's consistently delivers fresh and flavorful pizzas. The Margherita Pizza was cheesy and savory, the Meatballs were juicy and rich, and the Garlic Bread was crispy and aromatic.

Due to the Diwali offers, the store was packed, and I faced a 25-minute wait to receive my order. Despite the delay, the staff managed the crowd efficiently, and their patience was commendable.

The store's amenities impressed me. The washroom was well-maintained. Parking facilities were ample, accommodating over 20 bikes and 3-4 cars. This thoughtful planning ensures a hassle-free experience for customers.

I'm satisfied with Domino's Pizza, TC Pallya Road. While the wait was lengthy due to the promotions, the excellent food, cleanliness, and amenities made up for it. I highly recommend this location for...
