PATHETIC SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

1. Firstly they change the status of tracking in the web portal to delivered even before delivering the order.

2. Order reaches in 29 minutes and the delivery person forgets to bring one of the orders and says he ll get the remaining order tomorrow for free when the payment was already done through net banking. I refused and they said they ll get the remaining order in 10 minutes which would make it 40 minutes. I decline and request for refund.

3. I call the store for enquiry about the refund and they say the refund ll be processed in 7 days, to which I asked if i could speak to the manager and a person called Mahesh answers the call pretending to be the manager, starts talking rudely saying that we gave you an option to deliver the remaining order late and since you refused you will get your refund after 7 days.

4. Making false claims - The order was placed at 10:59 at night and the store person says that since order was placed at 10:59 it does not fall under 30 minutes or free offer, to which I agree and contact the Domino's toll free number and they say the store person was making a false claim and that the offer was valid for the order.

I do not know who to believe, but surely dominos has lost one of it's regular...

Pathetic, horrible, worst service, never on time. I have not seen a more pathetic delivery system of Dominos anywhere. This outlet should be shutdown with immediate affect. I would not even give one star for them. They take 1.5 to 2 hrs for a delivery within 15 mins distance!!! While their website boasts of 30 mins guaranteed delivery. Few months back I had ordered, the delivery guy came after 2 hrs ..close to 11 pm at night. By that time I had already cancelled the order by calling their customer service number. The store number is always out of service. Ordered today as well, and as usual its past 1 hour, and they are still baking!!! The store number is busy all the time, as of tonight. Tried connecting with the online chat, in spite of sharing the 10 digit contact number, the stupid bot is constantly repeating the same sentence... "share a valid number". :P Thankfully haven't made the payment yet, hence, going to send back the delivery person from doorstep. They don't deserve...

Staffs are not interested to attend the customers. They would be chit chatting with each other whenever we go to get the food. Literally we have to call them is anybody there to take the order. Looks like all are much passionate about other things apart from their actual work.

When customers are around itself they clean the floor by making irritable noises of dragging tables and chairs.

The restroom is worst than public toilets. I went to wash my hands and I was about to puke by looking at the hygiene of the rest restroom. Whole night I was not okay by thinking about the dissatisfaction day.

Though the time was around 7, whatever we asked they were saying that is not available. Sounded very strange but couldn't...
