Abysmal experience is also an understatement.
We ordered through Zomato because 1) we were hungry and thought we would save time by ordering from Domino’s (given the 30 minute delivery promise) and, 2) we wanted to re-live our memories since we used to order from Domino’s so frequently in the past. Result? PLEASE DON’T. JUST DO NOT! The brand has been diluted to such an extent that I would not be surprised if Domino’s is the next brand to exit India (or business overall).
Delivery Experience: To our utter surprise, the Dominoes personnel called us 45 minutes after we placed the order saying that there’s a “slight” delay and it’ll take another 15-20 minutes to dispatch the order. After 30 minutes they dispatched our food and it took the delivery agent 40 minutes to reach us, and mind you I could literally walk up to this store in is less than 15 minutes from my place. We tried calling the driver 6-7 times but no one picked up the phone. We called the personnel who called us, they didn’t receive the call either. There’s no way to contact Domino’s customer care, it’s an IVR where I could only raise a complaint (which apparently they “resolved”, and how was it resolved? I don’t know if even they could answer that).
Food Experience: Wow! Where do I even start!! Cold pizza (obviously), cold tacos, cold chicken wings. We order cheese burst, but it felt like the pizza had more uncooked refined wheat than cheese, probably a thin crust pizza from Brik Oven might have more cheese than this cheese burst (maybe it’s their way of saying, “please care for your health, no more cheese for you!”). The only thing that tasted good in this order was the bottle of Pepsi. The chicken topping tasted stale, I’m just praying I don’t suffer from food poisoning. I hate wasting food but I just couldn’t finish the pizza, it was that bad. I felt that the trouble that I will have to go through if I were hospitalised would be more stressful than the guilt of wasting food.
Conclusion: Waste of money, frustrating customer experience, really bad food, extremely poor customer service, all of this bundled together is a big time no-go for me. Please be careful about this brand going forward, seems like they have lost their...

So I went ahead and logged a complaint with ref#5639628. The manager has closed the complaint mentioning he has tried to reached me but i never received any calls.
After that i have contacted dominos helpdesk and Tejas from escalation team assured on 10th May that I will get a callback and If I don’t get a callback, i can contact customer care and they will resolve the issue.
Today when i try to contact customer care, they are saying they cannot get me connected to escalation desk. I don’t understand what type of customer service you guys are providing.
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP and refund me my complete money. You guys are serving the worst Pizza available in market and your store manager does not even care for responding to customers.
Also if you guys cannot have a contact number for store, why did you even open a store?"
Also I am promised every time a callback will be arranged. Can you tell me when that will happen. STOP giving automated replies and try to call customer and resolve his concern.
If you guys want free money to run a company, you can let people know so that they can donate you instead of cheating them by serving uncooked food.

Read moreI was kinda shocked how the service has went downhill since i came here probably a year ago.
Beginning with the app itself.. I ordered pizza on the app at 9:13pm and I arrived at 9:20 at 9:33 the app was showing my food was ready. But the staff told me to wait for 5 mins and i had to wait till 9:50 to get my food.
The place wae crowded and i understand if the tables are not cleaned when we arrived but even after repeatedly requesting the staff to clean our tables we were ignored on our faces.
I saw 2 families, and a group of friends just disappointed with the service as i was waiting . The wait time is just pathetic and the staff themselves were arguing over something.
Talking about the pizza i forgot to click how bad the pizzas are made... they look unappetizing, the bread is thick, the quantity of cheese is less, the pizza just lacks flavours. Dominos is in no way cheap but atleast maintain the basic quality and customer care. The whole staff is just a blunder whos trying to work out something. They just seem unbothered and careless.
There is a lot of issues to be discussed and i think they just ignore everything. I wouldnt recommend you to order pizzas from this place at all Utterly...
