Food Hub — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Keeping the place where it is located I presume the atmosphere and service has been maintained to the level where I have given 2 stars. The first floor is spacious but not well lit. The waiters serving were really nice and warm to talk to but I think the hotel management needs to train them regarding the service norms. I had bee with my family. I had to ask for plated to be kept, the main course was given before starters, glasses for water were given after asking for them twice after we started eating. The food was good and the waiters suggestions were good. But the environment, absence of ac, non maintained fans and unplanned table arrangements killed the appetite. Overall it's not a place I would want to visit with desire to go again but it is the hangout place for people who stay around in the locality. Small advice - change the plates, please keep plates and glasses immediately after sitting, keep tissues filling as it ends, take away names of items not available from posters on walls, add some good warm lights, get the fans repaired or replaced, add an ac for all seasons because it was hot even in winter inside. A very much worst experience i ever had first of all they r running just for money today i visited this restaurant with my friends i ordered chicken jumbo roll the inside filling was smelling so bad like chicken was kept for 3 or 4 days then they r serving us i told the waiter some dirty smell is there in ur roll he's like there is no smell an talking rubbish that they have checked an gave us am saying why will people lie if we like we will have or else we won't the manager is not good he argued with me for half an hour they wanted me to pay i have posted pictures also u can check chicken taste was very bad my stomach got upset i think there should be take an action on food hub i referre don't go for food hub they just do for the sake of money no proper food worst...
