I am a regular patron of your shop and have always held your products and service in high regard. However, the behavior of one of your staff members has left me utterly appalled and compelled me to write this letter.
During my visit, I encountered unprecedented rudeness and unprofessionalism from one of your waiters. His demeanor was not only disrespectful but also humiliating. He displayed a blatant disregard for customer service, treating me with disdain and contempt.
The waiter's conduct included, but was not limited to, deliberate attempts to embarrass me in front of other customers, such as interrogating me about the quantity of my order in a condescending manner (like deliberately calling higher quantities for my orders). Despite my attempts to maintain composure and overlook his behavior, it became increasingly clear that his actions were intentional and targeted.
I was relieved to find that your cashier, who witnessed the incident, shared my concern and validated my experience. His acknowledgment of the waiter's unacceptable behavior only reaffirmed the severity of the situation.
As a loyal customer, I expect and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect whenever I patronize your establishment. The behavior exhibited by your staff member not only tarnishes the reputation of your business but also reflects poorly on your management.
It is imperative that swift and decisive action be taken to address this matter. Such behavior cannot be tolerated in any professional setting, let alone one as reputable as yours.
