Freshmenu Jakkuru — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have been ordering food from this outlet through Swiggy since almost an year now. Initially they were quite good. However, off late they have become horrible and totally unreliable. Hence I am revising this review again.

Recently we got completely spoiled, old stock food, when we ordered Peri peri chicken steak bowl. It must have been at least a month old !!As soon as we opened the container , we got a stinking smell. It was so horrible and spoiled that we had to dump the entire bowl and claim refund. Thereafter someone called from FreshMenu and assured strict action to prevent such instances happening again.

But after that , twice food items were missing from the order. They have recently increased the price of omelette and included garlic bread in it. But twice they sent it without the garlic bread !!

They have a habit of taking short cuts especially if they are short of ingredients. Many times quantity of food received was too less. On several occasions many listed ingredients were missing.

Sometime back received so called garlic bread without a trace of garlic in it !! Not even smell of garlic. Similar incidents had happened with other dishes also in the past.

Again recently received Gobi Paratha that was completely uncooked- practically raw.

Their chicken Biriyani was good when it was initially introduced- but off late this has also deteriorated completely in quality.

They seem to be taking a very casual and indifferent approach to home delivered food, since they don’t have to face the customer directly!! Something seriously wrong with this outlet!!!

Not a recommended food provider anymore. Had the worst order today, the chicken salad recieved today was entirely different from what I recieved earlier. Ordered Keto chicken salad for a group. They might be running out of quantity, so each container had only a quarter portion filled. As per menu details, it should have cucumber, lettuce, tomato, cabbage, chicken and egg. What I recieved is a salad with just lettuce, boiled chicken chunks and half cooked egg, all mixed with some watery salad sauce.

Package delivered was not secured with any tamper protection tape. Totally unprofessional service.

Don't get fired by their menu description and pics. You will end up recieving a totally different item. They used too be good earlier, but not any more.

Avoid Ordering from FreshMenu – A Personal Experience

I strongly advise against ordering food from FreshMenu due to a disappointing experience I recently had. The food I received was completely sour in taste, and nothing in the package was cooked properly. It felt more like pre-packed food rather than a freshly prepared meal.

To add to this, an employee named Prakash shared some concerning insights about their food preparation process, which further reinforced my decision to stop ordering from them.

Instead of risking your health, I recommend exploring other outlets that offer genuinely fresh and well-cooked meals. If FreshMenu wants to retain customer trust, they must improve their food quality and transparency.
