I wish I could rate negative for this outlet. Shame on you guys!!! Money minded and not service minded.

The only reason is there is a change in the prices. But there is no notice put up neither in their outlet nor on the menu. Just because you guys are penalised from the govt cos of your income/GST issues. That doesn't mean that you guys need to put up that extra cost on us without mentioning. I donno whether is the owner or not. His attitude was so cheap. He said 1000 customers had come today and no one asked about the change in the price and only you are talking about it. Yes I will talk and its my right to ask. And the one who is sits on the cash counter on my goodness his attitude was like if you want take your order or cancel it. Wish you guys are well aware about the ethics of doing a business. Stop cheating to the customers and inform about the price change or implying the GST.

Owner also talked about GST as everyone are following the same... My simple question to him why it was not followed by you till these years?

While speaking with customers or any other ppl you guys should maintain the decorumonsreaf of showing attitude like saying 1000 customers will come and go I don't care at all... Be mindful while doing your service based business. Hope this will reach larger...

Today again to my surprise 2 vada, last month instead of 2 idlies only 1 was served and so much of peanut Chutney no coconut chutney or sambar. I will be giving 1 star to the guy packing and the guy managing these people.I travel 30 kms every Tuesday on the way I purchase food for my family now u tell me if the first was mistake why did this happen again my daughter like vada I was so glad I could get her at least that.I m not only disappointed but I would suggest other customer to not order in bulk they will always miss items and u can't go back for 60-70 rupees travel will only cost 100......I m not going to busy food feom them again I wouldlove to give 0...

The place is good if you are eating here. If you are planning to take your food to go, it might be a nightmare. Ordered 2 plates ghee idli and 3 vadas and their inexperienced staff have 3 ghee idlis (1 less ) and 2 vadas (1 less again). Asked specifically for Extra red chutney, they gave a shit tonne of their white chutney which sucks tbh. Their red chutney is the whole reason I go there.
