Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant recently. We had ordered Hyderabadi Mutton, but the dish served was clearly Palak Mutton. When I pointed this out, the waiter checked and insisted it was Hyderabadi Mutton. However, upon tasting, it was evident that the dish was dominated by a palak (spinach) flavor and did not resemble Hyderabadi Mutton in any way.
When I raised the concern again, another staff member told me that “this is how it's served in our restaurant,” which was quite dismissive. I then requested to speak with the manager. The manager tasted the dish himself and confirmed that it was indeed not Hyderabadi Mutton and was full of palak. He apologized and assured us that he would replace it with the correct dish.
However, instead of Hyderabadi Mutton, we were then served Chilli Mutton — which was extremely spicy and again not what we had ordered. Overall, this experience was very frustrating and disappointing. The service was poor, the food quality was below expectations, and the entire interaction left a very negative impression.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I do not intend to visit your...
Read moreImperial Restaurant on Mysore Road is a delightful find for those craving a mix of North Indian and Mughlai flavors. The informal setting with outdoor seating adds a charming touch to the dining experience.
We recently tried their Butter Naan, Butter Chicken, and Tandoori Chicken – each dish was a burst of authentic flavors. The naan was soft, and the tandoori chicken was succulent, leaving our taste buds satisfied. The Imperial Special Biryani, while not exceptional, still provided a decent blend of spices.
Service deserves applause for its promptness and quality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, making our dinner experience smooth and enjoyable. The ambiance is pleasing, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a laid-back evening.
We visited during dinner, and it wasn't crowded, ensuring a tranquil environment. Overall, Imperial Restaurant on Mysore Road is a good choice for those seeking classic non-vegetarian dishes in a...
