Kannur Thalaserry in Bangalore was a major disappointment. The restaurant is tucked away in an isolated area near Gunjur skating club, and the ambiance is quite shady. With a limited seating capacity of 20-24 people, the dining area felt cramped and unclean. We visited on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30 PM and ordered chicken biryani. Unfortunately, it was the worst biryani I've ever tasted. The chicken was dry and seemed to have been cooked a couple of days in advance. It was simply mixed with rice, tomato, and onion, and the rice itself looked like it had been reheated in a pan. I strongly recommend avoiding Kannur Thalaserry and instead trying Amachiyude Kayipunnyam, which is located about 15 minutes away. You'll find much better quality food and a more pleasant dining...
