We absolutely loved Joeys when it first opened—brilliant, clean, and genuinely healthy food that quickly became our go-to order-in spot. Their meals felt fresh, balanced, and exactly what you’d want when eating healthy didn’t mean compromising on taste.

Unfortunately, over the last month or two, there’s been a noticeable shift. Curries are now heavy with oil, and rotis come slathered in ghee—more in line with mainstream takeout than the clean, wholesome fare they originally promised. The taste is still good, no doubt, but the essence that made Joeys stand out is fading.

When we moved from HSR to Whitefield, we had a small pooja at home and were looking for someone who could cater a micro-dinner for 10–12 people. That’s when I discovered them — and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions.
