Karishma Valley Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have visited this place 2-3 times but the recent visit was horrible, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment we walked in, the staff’s attitude was dismissive. The waiters acted as if they were doing us a favor by serving us, and their arrogance was palpable. Despite the restaurant being only half full, we waited an unusually long time to be seated, while other guests—who seemed to be known to the staff—were given priority.

When it came time to place our order, the waiter barely listened, rolling his eyes when we asked questions about the menu. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like water, and our requests were met with sighs and annoyed looks. It was clear that they were more attentive to a select group of patrons while ignoring others.

The biased service didn’t stop there. A table next to us received their food promptly, even though they arrived much later than we did. When we finally got our dishes, the food was cold, and there was no apology or effort to make things right. Any attempts to provide feedback were met with condescension.

A dining experience is about more than just the food; it’s about feeling welcomed and respected. Unfortunately, the restaurant fell far short of this. Unless they address their service issues and train their staff to treat all customers with equal respect, I cannot...

Yesterday ie on 25th of june went for a dinner with my family members, had dinner a little bitter experience we got that is ,we took tomato soup it's not so good, pepper mushroom served is very bad oily smell & not served hot, hot & sour soup was nice o.k., tandoori kebab o.k., veg kolhapiri still they can serve better, scezwan chicken fried rice was also not so good , Chinese foods should serve in better ways of their style, totally in food items they have to take care in better preparation, then only it's good for consumers attraction. The invested owner should take care & improve then only you can get customers satisfied. Good place but they have to improve on the ambiance and also they have to plan on things to mask the sun rays, what they have placed doesn't serve the purpose and it gets hotter since the sun falls directly on the table and sitting area. Parking space is spacious. Food i should say it's extremely good, vegetarian food like Gobi Manchurian, mushroom pepper, paneer chilly, babycorn, and all are very good and finger licking taste.
