Urgent Feedback Regarding Poor Staff Behavior and Food Quality at KFC Outlet KR Puram Ayyappanagar, Bangalore
Dear KFC Management,
I am writing to bring to your attention a consistently disappointing experience at one of your outlets. I believe it is important for the leadership and management team at KFC to be aware of how the brand is being represented at the ground level.
Key Concerns:
Unprofessional Staff Behavior: The staff at this outlet have shown rude and dismissive behavior towards customers. They repeatedly refuse to accept offline/in-store orders, claiming that "offline orders are closed," regardless of the time of day. When asked politely, they respond in an unhelpful and unprofessional manner, making the entire experience frustrating. Poor Food Taste and Quality: The food quality has drastically declined. Items often lack the freshness and flavor that KFC is known for. There is a clear drop in taste consistency, and in some cases, food seems stale or improperly prepared. Quantity Issues: Portions served are noticeably smaller than what is mentioned or shown on the menu. This raises serious concerns about value for money and transparency. Suggestions for Immediate Improvement: Staff Training & Supervision: Please consider re-evaluating the current staff and conducting proper customer service training. Staff should be held accountable for their behavior, and routine mystery audits should be implemented. Quality & Quantity Checks: Implement strict quality control checks at the outlet level. Random inspections and customer feedback audits could help maintain consistent standards. Reinstate Offline Orders: It is unfair to push customers only towards online orders. Walk-in customers deserve equal service. If offline orders are closed at certain hours, it must be communicated politely and clearly with valid reasons. Big time thief and liers. I had ordered Alu Arun combo 4 quantity and 1 quantity of 10 pice bucket on 2nd July for home delivery. I received delivery with 1 pice missing and I called the KR puram ayappa nagar center and informed the same to Manager Vijaylakshmi. First she began to argue saying no I have packed and I have given correct contity, I told her I am not sure about that but what I have received is 9 pice in bucket instead of 10. After all argument she agreed to send 1 pice which was missing on Wednesday as there is no more order placed from our area. I agreed for the same and on 5th July I placed again order for 10 pice feeling pity on them and the story repeats. I asked the delivery person to wait till I open the packet and count the contity and called Vijalakshmi to inform that their is only 9 pice instead of 10 and this lady raises her voice saying my delivery guy told me u took the box inside and then again came back and told him 1 pice is missing, where in I opened the order in front of the delivery executive and I had kept 1 box in drawing room so that I don't waste delivery person time. So who ever visits this out let or places online order, please make sure you check the items and do make sure you make video of the delivery executive too, because he is big time lier. The person has not noticed that there is camera installed at my place and it would take few minutes for me to provide them proof and pove how big time lier they are. The video vijaylakshmi shared shows the bucket is over filled and no space to close the lid, but when it reaches your place its only 3/4the bucket. Read moreStaff behaviour is very bad. I have seen the billing issue 3 times. A few months back 20 rupees was charged extra and one lady returned the money after cross checking the menu.
Today I had the same experience with the same staff. I bought 2 chicken crispers and one large popcorn. To my surprise today also she didn't give the bill (KFC can check the camera footage if available where i am asking for the bill) . Coming to the point instead of popcorn 4 dips were added which is 10 rupees. So I just questioned why these billing mistakes are done and I asked for the proper bill. The next entry was one lady who claimed she is a store manager came to me and she was so rude and told that she never saw me and was telling the biller to send me away. I just asked not to repeat these mistakes but she behaved very badly with me and also told me to take the money and leave. I don't understand what happened. So asking for a proper bill is a mistake according to you people.
I think I will not forget the way you treated me for just asking for the proper bill. After all this i left the store with the food. I am writing this review so that some action will be taken.
I am attaching the bill where you see the item wise charged 10.48 extra but manipulated with 11 cash in the first bill.
