I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service at your Elements Mall outlet, 4th Floor, Nagawara, Bengaluru. The experience was highly disappointing and far from the quality one would expect from a globally reputed brand like KFC.

To begin with, your system was not working properly, resulting in a significant delay in the preparation and delivery of my order. Despite this inconvenience, there was absolutely no proper support or communication from your team. What made things worse was the rude and indifferent behavior of the staff, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Customers visit KFC expecting a smooth, timely, and pleasant dining experience, but this visit was frustrating and unsatisfactory. The delay, lack of accountability, and poor attitude from your staff raised serious concerns about the standards of service at this location.

I request that immediate action be taken to improve the overall functioning of this outlet—be it the system issues, staff training, or customer service protocols. Such experiences damage customer trust and loyalty.

Disappointing Experience at KFC

Visited this KFC outlet to enjoy some chicken and a burger, but the experience was quite frustrating. The staff seemed disinterested and were mostly loitering around instead of attending to customers. There was already a long wait for dine-in customers, and on top of that, delivery agents from Swiggy and Zomato were queued up in large numbers, making the service even slower.

The burger was poorly made – lacking proper sauces and toppings – and the fries were undercooked. It was evident that the kitchen staff were not trained properly or were simply careless.

What made things worse was the rude behavior of the staff, especially towards the delivery partners. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this outlet. If you still choose to go, just be prepared for a disappointing experience that can...

Elements Mall kfc !!! It's a super disaster ,,, after standing for an 25 minutes , there servers are not working ... Tried tandoori zinger box next day at same place Quality found bad ,,, kfc is kfc I felt but taste differs from place to place ....
