Onesta — Restaurant in Bengaluru

After a great experience at their Kalyan Nagar branch, we decided to go for round 2 at Onesta, this time at Nagawara, and boy were we royally disappointed. The food was okay as usual but when it comes to the service and atmosphere, they were abysmal. After repeatedly asking them to turn the music a bit down, it was still deafening. We were served by multiple waiters and they were messing up our orders left and right. One waiter said we can order any beverage but the next one came and said only 7up/Pepsi is available as part of their unlimited package (which is fine, but they were giving mixed messages throughout). They gave us pizzas we did not order and didn't give us 2-3 of the ones we did. After waiting a lot for these, we switched to dessert, where they had their labels wrong - they had labelled DBC as Double Chocolate and vice versa. So we were again given the wrong cakes when they came to our table. Same as Kalyan branch, their jars were out of stock (seriously Onesta you need to check this issue). I had the unlimited non-veg pizza it’s worth the money if you have more then 3 Pizza’s ,garlic bread (was Mediocre),lemon drink and mousse. In unlimited I had :- -pepperoni 🍕-was hot & good (8/10) -Sausage 🍕-was good but bland(7/10)

• BBQ 🍕- awesome little sweet bbq source and spice was great (9/10) -green chilli and Roasted🍕 -creamy and nice (7/10) -chocolate mousse- the dessert was not cold but still good(9/10) -garlic bread-(2/10) no taste no nothing bad

And the person who was serving us disappeared puff maybe that’s their strategy where they disappear serving unlimited it’s fine I had how I could consume. At least it’s better then dominos cardboard pizza. Overall good Experience definitely visit with friends...

Printed menus are very few in number. The staff do not allow you to hold onto the menu for ease of ordering. They are also extremely sticky. The ambience is terrible with harsh lights at every table. Air conditioning is not good enough. Some tablets had requested for fans to be turned on.

Food is good. BEWARE the green chilli - they add is to some pizzas such as the tangy chaat pizza and basil pesto paneer pizza. The chillies cause burning of your mouth and tongue instantly.
