Kitchen 6 Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Went to kitchen 6 on friday night.

The 1st floor seating is not that great. The kitchen and tandoor from groundfloor radiates to 1st floor and is extremely hot.

3-4 items of our 1st choice from the menu were not available. And we had to settle for the items recommended.

So we had the following

Qtr plate alfahm - was very average and came with 2 pieces. (At other places in Yelahanka ex: empire or royal darbar you get 3 pieces )

Shanghai crispy chicken - it was good but was not crispy. Small portions. This was suggested by the bearer.

Afghani chicken gravy - 3 boneless pieces and a very bland sweet gravy. We had asked for mughlai as it was not available settled for this.

Kerala porotta - excellent. Fluffy and hot.

Butter naan - very good and sizable. I had wanted roomali, but as it wasnt there went with naan and It was really good.

Mixed fried rice - was average. It had very little chicken pieces and mutton pieces were all bad. Prawns in it were fresh. We had wanted malabar biriyani but again that wasnt available.

Its a good place for a quick average eat out. Some dishes were excellent some were not so good.

So...

This restaurant served me the incorrect food twice. I asked for food without chillies and onions and garlic and received the wrong dish with chillies and onions inside it. I returned the dish and he then bought out the correct dish, again with onions. When the bill came he had charged me for a dish that I could not eat. I had to call out the manager to explain what had happened and only then was the charge for that dish taken off. Stupidly bad service. What if I was allergic to onions? The waiter had the cheek to tell me there were no onions in the dish when I could clearly see them. He then said they were just onion leaves. Onions are onions. If you have any good allergies or good restrictions i wouldn't recommend this...

Good place to eat almost 4/5 times Mainly for Non-Veg ( Veg items are available but 3/5 rating)

Parking their is no dedicated parking of any kind

Lift is available for moving around Regular, Non - Ac and Ac sitting areas in various floors

Ground floor for parcels, at enterance itself you will find the grill, shawarma, tandori chicken can be seen appealing to you

Chicken Alfaham chicken is the specialist dish with finger linking restaurant made mayonnaise - definite item to try if you visit

Non veg soups are definitely worth tasting

Rest are normal as all places

Pricewise it's in budget place with wide ranges of food to have, with proper seating area and hospitality
