Worst buffet in rr nagar .... Me and my friends reached there ... The space is so small and the restroom/washroom is so close to dining table , no proper staff . The food was not at all hot and fresh, the gulab jamun feels like 2 or 3 days old the gulab jamun was also cold , the buffet table was dirty.. all foods are unfilled ... And I have shared a photo of ice cream we found mosquito in that ... No 25+ item has they shown in instagram... No seprate washroom for girl and boys only one is there .. worst manegement ever I seen .... Plz don't refer this place at all We totally 6 members reached there the staff said that u can't sit together coz of rush , there was 6,4,and 2 seat table some of people with family of members they are sitting in six members seat table ... And the staff said that u guys seat wher u get place ... We all just felt like we all come for free food . Very very worst buffet...

We had placed a bulk order for 50 people for our Onam celebration, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. Except for the sambar, most dishes lacked taste and quality.

Parippu was made with toor dal instead of moong dal and was watery.

Most items contained large chunks of pumpkin with very little variety.

Payasam was overly sweet and not palatable.

Inji puli lacked ginger, and the lime pickle was already close to being spoiled by afternoon.

A few items were missing and delivered late, disrupting the meal.

At ₹399 + taxes per head, this was not value for money and left our guests dissatisfied. For such occasions, quality and authenticity are very important, and this order fell short on both.

We sincerely request you to reconsider accepting bulk orders unless you are confident of maintaining quality and...

The worst Kerala restaurant visited so far. Just left the restaurant 20 mins before. We went for lunch around 1:20pm and waited for food until 2:18pm. Being a Sunday, almost no staffs are present on the floor. Rather saw many staffs including manager coming out from the kitchen/staff area. We placed order for Mutton Biryani, 3 Kerala Parotta and Mutton Varutharachathu. The server casually came and left the biriyani (no raitha, or other sides) on the table and walked off around 2:12pm. Server lady was confused and dropped off remaining food by 2:15pm. The biriyani turned out to be very salty and Mutton curry turned to Chicken curry.
