Atmosphere:-the place is hard to notice but parking is easy.. people smoke outside which we didn't like (as we were a family who visited here) toilets are clean Food:-we were served with banana leaf as expected as we saw in google reviews.. too much costly place for everything.. We took 2 chicken biryani,4chapati,mushroom curry, 2 plate gobi and a mineral water which is of a local company (as it was the only available thing) and were charged 1040.. we checked the price list as we didn't check before and it stated Chicken biryani :- 200 per plate (only 1 chicken thigh piece) Gobi manchurian:- 150 per plate (usual size which is available for 70 in other top rated restaurants) Chapati :- 25 per piece(here comes the irony even parota is cheaper but it isn't available here) Mushroom curry :- 200 per serve ( serves only for 2) Mineral water:- 40(mrp was 38 and they mentioned as 40.. extra charges for not drinking the water provided by them? And yes this is not bisleri as we asked bisleri rather than mineral water)
Overall:- please stop overcharging customers.. you'll lose your middle class customers if you charge too much and make the entrance smoke free as you are the one who provide cigarettes to local people, this place is overrated for sure.. sorry not worth as i searched many restaurants and other good restaurants missed a...

The restaurant is located at TVS cross; Peenya is in existence from a very long time. My first memories of this place are from 1995, 22 years back. It’s an Andhra style, veg and non-veg restaurant. Tastes have remained consistent here over the years.
This place is only open for lunch and dinners. Lunch time is the most crowded time here; dinner times are usually quieter here. People prefer the takeaway route for dinner here.
You get a fair idea of this place from the parking lot in front of the restaurant. The place is full with not an inch of space available during the afternoons on week days between 1.00pm to 3.30pm. Weekends are comparatively better. Also you must be prepared to wait for a table or a seat during peak hours.
The restaurant caters more to the non-veg lovers, but the veg eaters will also not be disheartened. Things to try at the restaurant are Andhra Meals (a must try), chicken biriyani, chicken hyderabadi biriyani (available on select days), dry chicken items (chilly, pepper, Guntur), Manchurian (gobi, mushroom, paneer, baby...
Read moreI can only say that the management of this hotel is a senseless / greedy/ money making person.
Can u believe that in a hotel there could be a rule tht you cant share Biryani between 2 person. We there are 4 person gone together in this hotel, they cant order 3 biryani to share in 4 ppl.
There are countries where if you leave food in your plates, you will be fined. But we are living in such a country where people can go to any extent to make money. One part of country is dyeing for food and MAYURA type places are their to go to extremes to earn making even if the food is getting wasted.
I hope one day will come when our govnt will actully do some thing with such unethical people, who is actuuly doing a crime by keeping such rules to make money...
