I am not seeing any improvement in the service apart from the entire restaurant being renovated multiple times. Dirty seats, it's smells like phenol all the time. Mosquito den make the seating very uncomfortable. The servers least care about your request. It's so dirty you would only experience it when you visit when there is day light. Management should seriously consider this feedback if at all you want quality crowd..

Sunrise has become from best to worst. First of all it has become the dirtiest place. Left over food stuck in between the table, used spoons & cutlery will be found in the sitting area, sticky tables, bones & other stuffs on the floor which is left uncleaned. None of them wear masks and there will be only 1 guys who will be looking after the entire floor. Literally you need to wait min 45min to even get some attention towards you. For the price you pay, beers are not chilled and doesn't give fresh taste. No doubt the ambience is good but the maintenance & service is really poor.

We left after wait 1 hour post placing the order which never came.

Old review You will love the ambiance for sure. Been visiting this place for last 10 years and have seen major upgrade. Food is a major factor & you love every part of it.

Few suggestions to management. ◾Bring back green peas. Your famous chiken pepper dry without green peas doesn't look good. ◾Keep the beer chilled. I mean really chilled. ◾Don't force customers to pay service charge. I have see your captains telling its mandatory to pay while it's not.

With such an osum place & affordable pricing I don't think these points shouldn't let you down.

This place is a piece of heaven. I was suffering from panic attack and stress when i came across this place in google and decided to give a try, the moment i put my feet inside this place i felt like a scene from the movie Avatar 🎬 with the plants hanging from top and parrots chirping and the amazing music playing in the background, i instantly felt relaxed and therapeutic amidst the mini forest. The service was amazing with the staff being so humble and welcoming. I was alone in my first visit and starting from the staff to manager to the chef everyone came up to me to make sure i was comfortable, to make sure food was great and services too. I was amazed by the hospitality of every one. I took my husband to this great place the next day and guess what the chef gave me a complimentary dish ; mango delight. The place is therapeutic for nature lover who wants to relax sip on drinks and have good food and the experience is further enhanced by the staff members and chef making sure you have the best experience. I heartily want to thank everyone for gifting me such a beautiful experience and making me choose this place...
