Location: cross section of Jayaram road and Jakkur road. Nice intersection.

Ambience: spacious, fairly neatly maintained. But lots of improvement in hygiene and cleanliness is required in and around the premises, delivery countertops.

Clearing and cleaning the tables is tad slow.

Food is truly average, bland, definitely not up to a Udupi standard. Needs a dash of tamarind, salt, zest to food.

Prices can be moderated by about 10% for real value to customer

Washroom is awful.

Sense of responsibility to public spaces, ownership to maintain surroundings clean is required. They mess up the whole road due to loading of veggies, groceries and unhygienic way to dispose veggie waste.

But this is only solace in this are. Udupi Park on Srirampura road, 18th Cross, Jakkur is far more better in every respect. But budget and better food Brahmins Upahar on KV Jayaram road, near Indian Oil petrol bunk is far better to...

Dear Owner, I hope you would realise that you have lost a loyal regular customer today. Your kitchen used to be unorganized and mostly bad staff but what I experienced today was horrific. Your staff made me wait for literally 1 hour and when food was handed over it was dead cold which I guess happened because half of the food was prepared much ahead and kept on wait. That had already made me furious and when I saw cold food I lost it and when I asked your staff to reheat it, they started screaming that I am doing drama and said order cancelled. After 1 hour of waiting and hungry this is what I get. This sort of bad experienced happened with me for the 3rd time. Don't worry I will never come back and probably it won't matter to you but let me tell no business survive with bad customer service forever.
