One of the old places in Bangalore. Good place to hangout with office colleagues and vent out the frustration. Food is good and cheap also drinks are of decent price. The place offers a large seating capacity and an opportunity to bump into old friends. I met some office colleagues out of the blue in this location. They was always two or three servers around in the area we were seated and they promptly attended to all our needs. Smoking is allowed for anyone intrested in smoking. Moreover it is a good place to be at in the evening. It is very close to the metro station and hence travelling is convinent. The spaces are well lit with right lights and adds to the ambience and atmosphere. You will definitely return here multiple times to enjoy the food and drinks. Also as stated earlier it a place for hangout with friends. I would not recommend family outing in this place as I didn't really notice any family section here. Also there is no DJ or karoke setup in this place.
Crowd was decent enough and there was no untoward incident. There is a person outside who was managing the parking. Parking was easily available. The seating was comfortable and you could sit there for longer period of time. There was no TV there, or rather i didn't notice any TV, would have been better to watch IPL in the same setup.
I would recommend that people should visit the place atleast once to experience a...
Read moreOasis Bhagini is a decent and affordable place for drinkers. I am not comparing this with premium bars nearby like Bier Garten or Tipsy Bull, but for the price you pay here, the food and overall experience are good.
Chicken Tandoori – 3.5/5: Very good in taste, but no dip provided. Tasty, but not exceptional.
Prawns – 3.5/5: Don’t recall the exact name, but it looked roasted with onion, chili, and garlic. The masala was tasty, but prawns were just okay.
Chicken Andhra Kabab Fry – 4/5: Spicy, crispy, small pieces, perfect as a must-try snack with drinks.
Mushroom Fry – 4/5: Super hot, crispy, and flavorful. A great vegetarian option.
Gobi Manchurian – 3.5/5: Decent, but not exceptional.
Chicken Lollipop – 3.5/5: Nicely fried without excess sauces, good in taste.
Papad & Peanut Masala – 3.5/5: Decent and tasty, could use more lemon and salt.
Ambience: Best if you sit outside on the long chairs and tables – you get a nice vibe with the metro passing by. Inside seating doesn’t give the same feel. Service: Okay, but not well organized. Other Notes: All types of cigarettes are available outside the bar. Location is excellent, right near Hoody Metro station, and parking is available.
Overall, a good, pocket-friendly spot for casual drinks and food, especially if you’re looking for a relaxed vibe without...
