Priyadarshini Veg, a haven for authentic South Indian cuisine, is a true gem that stays steadfast to its roots. I had the pleasure of experiencing their culinary delights, and I must say, it was a gastronomic journey like no other.
One dish that truly stood out and left me in awe was the chirotti, a culinary treasure resurrected from the annals of time. The moment I took my first bite, I was enchanted by the perfect balance of sweetness and crispness that danced on my taste buds, leaving me yearning for more.
Their dosa, a masterpiece in itself, was an absolute revelation. The thin, golden crepe encased a delectable masala filling that was nothing short of a saliva secretor. The flavors mingled harmoniously, creating an explosion of taste that delighted my senses.
Beyond the extraordinary dishes, Priyadarshini Veg impressed me with their unwavering commitment to preserving the authenticity of South Indian cuisine. Every bite was a celebration of tradition and culinary heritage.
Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant exuded warmth and hospitality, making the dining experience truly delightful. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to guide and assist with a smile.

Read moreA vegetarian restaurant with a decent set up in the locality. They have table service and a separate arrangement for self service.
A variety of items, both South Indian and North Indian are available. The staff are not courteous. Most of them don't even care to know your requirements.
I have been visiting this hotel for many years. While the food tastes good, I noticed that of late they are not caring about the health of the customers. During my last visit I had Vegetable biriyani which was artificially coloured and there was a lot of oil in it. The next day I ordered a Masala dosa. It appeared attractive. However again I found there was excessive oil used in it. Within a couple of hours of consuming it, my stomach was upset and I repeatedly vomited the contents out. It was a very bad experience for me and spoiled my day. Possibly the oil they use is used repeatedly for more than one dish. I recommend the public to be cautious when they order anything like Dosa or Poori.
Prices are a little on the higher side for the kind of service we get here. Still we find people visiting here possibly because it is a busy locality and there are not many vegetarian...
Read moreWell Priyadarshini veg, I was a regular customer to this hotel before 5 to 6 years ago, I used to take masala dosa, set dosa, pulao, Rava idly parcel to my house frequently. Before 5 to 6 years ago the food items were packed using soft aluminium foil and the chutney was good and thick enough. Now I came to this hotel to take the same masala dosa, set dosa, pulao and Rava idly. I have been charged for chutney and saagu containers, the chutney is not thick and too much watery, even it is not enough to eat what quantity we take parcel. How on earth can we eat too much watery chutney. As time has passed forward Priyadarshini veg chutney consistency has dropped off. Why should we pay for dosas and chutney also separately. If we pay for dosa chutney must be added by default by the restaurant. We are paying money for watery chutney not thick and consistent chutney. You lost a customer for...
