ROLL OVER — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited Rollover Cafe and tried a few items on their menu. Here's my take:

Falafel Rolls: These were quite impressive and reminded me of the ones from Al Amanah, though not quite the same. I'd say about 80% close, which is still pretty satisfying. The flavors were well-balanced and made for a good vegetarian option. 5/5

Chicken Roll: This was more average. It tasted like butter chicken wrapped in a rumali roti with some fries and lettuce. It was okay, but not something I'd rush back for. 3/5

Chicken sheek roll: Amazing flavour must try sheek is tender and flavourful the entire roll comes together very well. 5/5

Slush: The slush was like any typical sugary slushie, nothing particularly special. If you're craving a quick, sugary refreshment, it works, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.4/5

Overall, Rollover Cafe has some good items, but it’s a mixed bag depending on what you order. The falafel roll is a standout, while the other offerings could use a bit of improvement.

One thing I feel could really enhance the experience is improving the atmosphere. Given that it’s located on a busy road with a lot of dust coming in, adding a glass enclosure would be a smart move. It would help block out the noise and dust, making the cafe a much more pleasant and relaxing spot to enjoy the food. Looking forward to seeing how the menu and ambiance evolve on my next visit!

Roll Over is a fantastic restaurant located in Bangalore that I recently had the pleasure of visiting. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the inviting and cozy atmosphere, which made me feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. The decor is modern yet simple, with a focus on comfort and functionality. But the real star of the show at Roll Over is the food. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and I was impressed by the quality and flavor of everything I tried. This place turned out to be my saviour the other night as I had a bad experience at another restaurant and then had to order from here last minute. The chicken kabab was quite good, tasty, good portion and better than expected as it was not just bones and had decent pieces. The crispy chicken roll was very good. The portion was perfect as it looks huge due to the thickeness but is actually not too long. It tasted amazing. Good value for money.
