Dine Spot Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

In the beginning i have given 4 star.. now i will give only one star in same comment by editing it.. when they started everything was all good. Price , quantity of food at was reasonable.. but all of a sudden when GST was added they changed the menu card Price with huge difference in the price. The charged very high price for some all the foods now and they deduct amount of GST as discount.. when I ordered GST amount was 70 rs and the increase in price from the previous menu was above 200 rs ..so it was better for them to add GST than changing their prices .. another thing I will talk about the quantity. Beginning the quantity of food was very good comparing to the price. For eg: I had falooda in the starting which was extremely superb. But now dey changed the falooda glass size to very small and increased the price .truly talking falooda doesn't taste good at all now. All they do is that they add some cheap fruits like papaya and pine apple little as the glass size is small they cannot add anything in the glass and its not tasting good..

All I need to make you aware is that please don't promote these kind of bloody acts.. let them understand the value of...

It will be good for you if you give more attention to your service.

Problems we faced:-

1. Long waiting after ordering.
2. Irresponsible and untidy staffs. They were serving plates which they just wiped with their own hands, not even using a tissue for it.
3. We had to wait long for glasses itself to have some water.
4. Two times they changed the glasees as we noticed remanants of food in it.
5. When we asked for some hot water , we were served in an uncleaned vessel. And the hot water served also contained some dirt in it.
6. Food quality wasn't up to mark.
7. Only one good thing which I could say was food was not very costly.

Now when if you are a responsible person (Manager or owner) when u happen to ask about these issues to your staffs, they may say it happened on a rush day. For that they should know how to handle customers in like that situation.

I would like to make special request to the owner to rectify this issues and make sure no one else faces...

Visited this place today to taste the Malabar Biriyani. But couldn't eat it thanks to a waiter who fooled us with his suggestion - Fish al faham. He didn't know what fish was but suggested it is better than any fish fry. We ordered a biriyani, half chicken kebab and sweet/salt lime soda. The kebab was served first and rest of the items came 20-25 mins later. The fish was large, hurriedly prepared with head area not properly cooked and koboos was too hard and dry. Couldn't finish the fish completely and had to take the biriyani packed and give it to someone else. This was the bad part and the worse part - bill came ₹1500+ and the waiter's call of making us fool - Fish Alfaham alone costed us ₹1100/- before taxes.
