We recently visited this place where we faced very much biased behaviour of receptionist, dj service person including manager. The moment we entered and requested for table for 7 and the table they offered we didn’t like and asked for other and their answer was so illogical with explanation that the table we are asking can accommodate 10 however we are 7 and the table they agreed was with same size and chairs which could also accommodate 10, anyhow we adjusted and took table. We ordered few food items and started taking our pics, because pics were coming dark we asked manager to switch on the QUEEN light to take better pictures and he denied, later foe another group with in in 5 minutes lights were switched on. To have some fun by dance when we asked dj person to play some Bollywood songs and he informed that only after 10 pm he can take our request however we were standing at dj floor until 9:50 pm waiting for him to play our songs but he simply ignored, by the moment we left floor, he played songs and then we again thought of enjoying without spoiling our mood and went back and he intentionally again started playing different songs, so we again left stage and again songs were back. It seems he was intentionally behaving in this manner and looking for some special people on the floor… anyhow it was our very bad experience and also would like to mention that property is below an average if we compare with macaw, sector 144 and many more…. Guys think 100 times before going to this place… if u are going in small group… u won’t get any good service…if u are going as a couple then too music is that much loud that u cant get any...

I am here to Write about Yesterday's Event. Have been to this place more than 10 times, but yesterday's story changed my mind. After the Match was over, there was ruckus all over the place for celebrations .

2 Guys from different group tried to touch my wife in a very inappropriate manner even after her resisting to all the verbal cues.. When she started raising voice, the Bouncers of the club instead of acting fast, quickly helped the 2 boys leave and blaming my wife instead. I tried to get Hold on him , and He admitted on his doings, the Bouncers of the club started blaming us instead saving them.

Not helping us at all with the CCTV footages .

Yes You Mr. Manager, and Blue shirt Bouncer I know You are reading this Yesterday , I have filed a written complaint in Parappana Agrahara Police station .

I am writing to raise a serious grievance regarding the booking of 13 tickets (₹2,093/-) from book my show for a Dandiya event at Shift Lounge, Singasandra through your platform.

This event turned out to be a complete scam. When we arrived, there was no Dandiya event organized. Instead, it was just a bar, and the so-called manager on site behaved very rudely. He denied our entry, stating that only those sitting inside the bar could enter. All 13 of us were left standing outside without access to the event we had paid for.

When we questioned about our refund, the manager refused to return the money. Instead, he claimed that it was done for “marketing purposes” and that we should seek approval from BookMyShow. This clearly shows it was a fraudulent listing on your platform.

We have lost our hard-earned money due to this misrepresentation. This is completely unacceptable, and I request a full refund of ₹2,093/- within 24–48...
