My name is Prabhu and working in reputed company, Yesterday, that is 20/05/2024 around 8:30pm i visited this place and ordered 2 dishes and wanted to cancel 1 dish a asked the casher to cancel it, he did not replied back and behaved very rood and said that WE ARE NOT SITTING HERE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU KNOW IT IS VERY LONG PROCESS TO CANCEL FIRST YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT AND THEN COME HERE. management can see CCTV footage if require, it is common in everywhere canceled order BILL can given to other order, but here very worst behave. even couple of weeks i visited there ordered food to take away and was in packing area inside, my food came and need to pack it, but the service guy did not bothered and watching IPL match in his mobile i called him and asked to pack. what is the use only the food is tasty service is very very poor and worst behave. I thought not to disturb other customers there so just took only the photo and left the place. even i have worked as TL in customer service for a international Brand, and i can understand service work and handling customers but BEHAVER AND SERVING is more important in this field. dear public pls share a video if any such behave...

I recently dined at this delightful eatery and I must say, the taste of the Podi Ghee Masala Dosa was exceptional. Good place for Madurai style idli and breakfast. Specially the chutney and sambar, only the ppl around Madurai will know abt eating idli with 3 types of chutney and sambar. Semma place but their items on the menu is less which they can improve. Price wise it's lesser when compared to similar kinda outlets in Koramangala and Indranagar. And spl mention for the coffee , awesome awesome coffee, but ask for less sugar then only it'll come with normal sugar or else ur sugar levels will shoot up.
