This hotel has a very unfair booking cancellation policy. On March 2, 2024, the hotel owner asked me to pay 500 rupees in advance just for the purpose of one cottage style room reservation for 5 nights stay at their hotel. I agreed to that and so, he shared a QR code with me via WhatsApp and then I paid him 500 rupees as an advance amount. The dates for staying at the hotel were from 12 March 2024 to 17 March 2024. Today is 7 March 2024 and I decided to cancel my booking at the hotel due to change of mind. I contacted one of their staff (his name is Manoj) and I also contacted the property owner (Manjunath) for demanding my refund. But, I was shocked and disappointed because they didn't agree to my refund request (500 rupees). Instead, they only offered me a gift voucher of the same amount which is valid only for the next six months. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act. The hotel just can't force me to accept only a gift voucher instead of providing me with the full refund of that advance amount. I demand Seasons Suite HBR to return my money as soon as possible. Read moreI booked a 2bk room online, for 2 nights for my family. We had to pay the full amount even before check-in, which really felt offending. However we thought we would get good service, as they had collected the amount in advance. But what we got were:
Requested early check in, but had to wait about an hour after reaching the hotel.
Issue with water availability, due to negligence.
Not even drinking water is complimentary, extra amount was billed for water.
Pool access time is from 7am to 7pm, which is unfair. Also the kids pool was really dirty.
The location is far away from major city attractions, so the hotel is not recommended for families who come to visit Bangalore.
The hotel is unmarried-couple-friendly. So, it's not suggested for families on weekends as per my personal experience.
The rooms are big enough, but the bath area is not elderly friendly.
The kitchen area was of no use, since we will have to request for the utensils, and not even a kettle or tea bags were provided. They kept a bucket under the sink (probably to avoid the excess usage of the kitchen)

Read moreWe just had an EXTREMELY horrible experience at this property. The whole place was so restrictive and felt that we were being watched all the time. There are so many baseless rules around the pool area. Our whole experience was ruined by Ravi Shetty the manager. He wanted us to get off the pool all the time. At one point we were losing our patience by talking to this guy. At the end the manager said he will bent the rules if we give him 500 rs which. Not only did he gave us so bad experience, he wanted us to pay him 500. Which clearly says that he has no regards to the pool but just wanted the money.
At the end, I told Abhisek Kumar one of the worker it was bad experience to which he sarcastically said thank you.
A note/request to the owner. Clearly the employees don't seem to care anything which happens in that place. I HIGHLY suggest you to consider talking to these guys.
