The 4th Meal — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This is an update after the owner's response (Please see the attached image for owner's response).

I won't get any benefit from writing a negative review. I don't have any personal issues with you either. This review is purely on the quality of the food I received from your restaurant. I'm not going to agree with your point about the customer from five years ago. For the past 2 years, I have been out of Bangalore, and I have not ordered anything from you. Yes, I visited your restaurant in 2017 on Kenchanahalli Road, and the food was good at the beginning. I used to give my feedback then and there directly to you. Then, in 2019, you moved to Channasandra, and I informed you about the quality of the food. You made some excuses for the poor quality of the food. Then again, after receiving poor quality food, I wrote my review on Google and you responded to me, saying "Hello Sir, How are you? " Then, after talking to you over the phone, I deleted my Google review. Now, in 2022, you are in a different location, and I expected that the quality might have improved. But it is the same. So it compelled me to write the review again. I raised a complaint with Swiggy about the quality of food I received and got a refund for the same. Please check the attached images for details. As a customer, I only want good food, nothing else.

Irrespective of my reviews, negative or positive, you will do well if you give good food to customers. I am glad that I am able to help you.

Extremely disappointed with the food. I thought they would have improved after relocating to a new place. It is still the same. No improvement at all. This is what you get when you order a Thali. Around 6-7items packed in cheap plastic packets that I have to tear of now, find separate utensils for each dish and eat then wash, great! Why did I order from you guys if I have to do all this things by myself? Imagine if I was in the car, and I and I ordered this Thali. How would I have eaten this? I'm a diet conscious person and was quarantined for 2 weeks. There are plenty of hotels in my surrounding. After a lot of exploration. I liked the varieties and the pocket friendly healthy food options listed by 4th Meal. Food quality and quantity is far better than others. Incase of any customization required. The staff is very cooperative. I've been ordering my food everyday from here through swiggy and haven't regretted even once. I would definitely recommend others also...
