Ambience:5/5 The Big Barn is a resto bar situated right before Turahalli forest. The place is vast and very well spaced to accommodate seating out in the warm sun and under the barn depending on the weather and the mood of the patrons. It has a refreshing, open air, dabha type vibe with lots of wall paintings.

Food and Drink: 5/5 Coming to the most important part of the experience, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. First up, every single dish was presented and crafted beautifully with utmost attention to detail. Us vegetarians ordered peri peri fries and crispy corn and they were both finger licking good. I was told that the prawn fry and egg pakoda were very palatable dishes as well. The white sauce pasta wasn't overwhelming and had the right balance of cream and veggies. The classic garden pizza was unique and had a ton of toppings. Loved it. The crust, not so much. This is the first time we ordered more than our appetite and licked all the plates clean. Coming to the thirst quenchers, there's availability of Toit and Geist Belgian wit beers on tap. We tried the Geist wit and it was light and very refreshing. It's good that there's an option for both bottled beer and craft beer aficionados. Our friends ordered spicy watermelon and mint, watermelon and mint cooler and both these drinks were disappointing. Though they were unique, they didn't have an acceptable after taste on the palate. Mocktails are ordered only for the taste so by those standards, they disappointed us.

Service: 4/5 It was quite a lazy Sunday afternoon and there weren't a lot of patrons. So the staff were quick to take orders and quick to dispatch them as well. What was lacking was the intermittent requests for Mayo and ketchup that took their own time to come. But full points for suggestions on the menu and patience to collect orders.

So all in all, The Big Barn has a very calm and chilling vibe with plenty of seating availability and very palatable dishes at very affordable prices and I hope they keep things that way. Definitely recommend giving this...

Entering the establishment, our excitement plummeted upon realizing the assigned indoor seating lacked any atmosphere, akin to dining within four blank walls. The absence of background music further stripped away any chance of a pleasant ambiance, rendering the space dreary and uninviting.

Staff inefficiency reigned supreme, with their inability to cater to customers' needs. Orders were haphazardly delivered to the wrong tables, leading to multiple instances of inconvenience and order mix-ups. The serving portions failed to justify their hefty prices, culminating in a major disparity between cost and value. A supposed crispy corn plate arrived with a handful-sized serving, priced exorbitantly at 340+, a clear disservice to customers' expectations.

To compound our dismay, the service was marred by unacceptable delays. A 30-minute wait for a chicken starter ended in disappointment when we discovered it was never placed in the kitchen. In an odd turn, the pizza meant for my son arrived before the starter, but with a shockingly sparse topping of merely 6-7 small chicken pieces, far from what one might expect at a price of 545.

Observing other tables revealed a consistent theme: patrons eagerly awaiting orders amidst an atmosphere of disarray. The manager's attributed excuse of overcrowding, despite only around 50-60 customers, failed to validate such mismanagement. Ultimately, this establishment presents an appalling dining experience, hardly justifying the hard-earned money spent, a sentiment echoed by many disappointed customers.
