Firstly, a wrong order was delivered. Secondly, the order that I placed was delivered almost in one and half hour. Thirdly, there was dust in the pizza and fourthly despite of mentioning about no mushrooms, they had added it.
I took it out to the store and the manager Suresh said that he would provide a different pizza when asked what are the actions he will take.
I am least bothered about the pizza and I wanted them to take some actions and the only thing I got was that they will brief the staff as they didn’t know. And he also mentioned that they are short staffed!
My question is why would someone be cooking food if they don’t know?

I just walked in with 3 small kids at 10 pm and by the time we made up oir mind and went to the counter to order, it was 10.05 and the staff refused to take the order for dine-in saying the dine-in is only till 10. Just didnt even considered that we came with 3 kids. I dont think 5 mins would make a huge difference for a customer coming with family.
