Horrible Service

Visited the restaurant after seeing the review but was heavily disappointed, Never seen such horrible service in my life. As soon as we entered other customer was shouting at the bad service provided to them but didn't noticed it. But when our turn came for our surprise we saw most of the waiters are busy talking to themselves and want to ran away from there work. Not even listening or bother to attend the customer. After ordering within 1min we received 1 item (Holige) with few regular starters on table. For everything else we have to wait 5-10min to reach to waiter. After that if lucky will get a response and remaining items, we had no idea which item will be served next and didn't even told the menus but the final bill was received on time without calling anyone 😄

Food taste is okay. Ambience is good. Location and parking space is also good. Clean washrooms for both gents and ladies.

Only the service and waiters are the worst. Not going to visit again and not recommending others too, instead go to nearby other famous restaurants.

Advice to restaurant : Provide proper training to your staff and have a dedicated waiter for section wise or table wise for better service. Post that the mentioned price will justify the quality and hospitality.

Very disappointed the way we were treated for car parking. It was Monday morning, hardly any cars in the parking area. We were in 2 vehicle, one 11 passangers TT and my car. We had our breakfast at Srisailam and decided to leave the car back in the hotal as we were planning to be back for lunch in the same place. As planned we returned back for lunch and further moved to pick the car while one of the hotal person came up to us and shouted at us saying that the car was parked for long hours. I repeatedly tried to explain the reason but he didn't care and said i have not done any courtesy on them by having food at his hotal. He asked me to pay a fine of Rs. 100 which I don't mind but, had been informed that parking is not allowed beyond some time we wouldn't have done it. Moreover, there was no crowd or full parking situation that we have created any problem. We stopped the car only because we had food in your hotal. If you were so concerned, why don't you put up an "disclaimer" and avoid making your customers feel embarassing. Please understand, your food must have been good, tasty but your words and the way you treat your costumer is better. As you mentioned, I will park my car in metro parking next time and eat food from the road side hotal than...
